You have heard a lot of people use this slogan recently. Chattanooga was recently named the future site of Volkswagen which will add thousands of good paying jobs to our local economy. This will be good news for the building industry for years to come. While we do have a moderate housing inventory, we have experienced far less poor economic ripples through our local economy than other medium to large markets.
