During our home searching process, we considered and viewed many homes in the Chattanooga area, but we were the most impressed by a few of the homes built by Richard Varner of Premier Homes. The obvious difference in construction materials and design were evident as we entered the front door. Some builders put nice finishing touches on houses these days, but most of that money is typically spent in one or two selective rooms that draw the most scrutiny. The amenities throughout this home were comfortable and inviting. From the master suite to the kitchen and laundry, the home was designed to be functional, purposeful and efficient.
As impressive as any part of the construction is Mr. Varner's follow up after the sale. He has followed up with us several times and even loaned us a ladder making "move-in day" go much smoother.

Richard D. Varner is a licensed general contractor in the business of residential and commercial construction. I have been building in the Chattanooga/Ooltewah area since 1996. I am a current member of the Home Builder's Association of Southern Tennessee and the Better Business Bureau.
I have recently aquired the Certified Green Professional certification which allows my homes to be certified in green building guidelines.
